OVERVIEW:

The RECEPTIONIST is a valuable part of our team who is responsible for greeting customers with a positive and friendly attitude on the phones and in person. They must be available to work evenings and weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answers incoming calls in a professional manner
• Greet Customers with friendly/professional attitude
• Maintain a professional work environment
• Direct Customers to appropriate individual or department whether by phone or in person

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Extremely professional and dependable
• Knowledge and ability to use computer helpful
  

Previous Dealership Experience a Plus But Not Required !!
