Position Specifics:

Essential Functions:

• Receives visitors and directs telephone calls and messages to the appropriate person within the branch location
• Delivers to and retrieves mail from local post office
• Distributes mail, facsimiles, intercompany mail and emails to the appropriate personnel
• Balances daily cash and credit card reconciliation reports, corrects discrepancies, maintains accounts and related records
• Prepares and delivers daily deposit to bank and provides corporate accounting office with related reports
• Provides support to parts, sales and service departments as needed
• Other miscellaneous clerical duties as assigned

• 1+ years in an administrative assistant or bookkeeper position preferred
• Knowledge of heavy equipment industry
• Proficiency in using standard computer applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions. Deere systems and dealer business systems preferred
• Demonstrates organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required
• Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR
