Greeting people, answering multi-line phones, and providing excellent customer service is what we are looking for.

Description of basic duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for oversight of front desk/lobby services
• Answer all incoming calls on a multi-line/PBX system
• Greet all guests/vendors/support group and potential clients
• Communicate with various department heads and specific departments relating to hospital clients/patients.

Qualifications:

• High school, GED, or equivalent required
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be able to work independently without direct supervision.
