Basic Job Responsibilities:

The receiving associate handles the receiving of items, and ensures the shipments are inspected, sorted and stored in the warehouse.

Major Responsibilities:

• Receives all products, materials and supplies.
• Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries, sorts and stocks receivables.
• Inspect all shipments to ensure product matches packing list.
• Scan incoming shipments.
• Communicate with management, service providers and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures for operating a forklift.
• Any other duties that may be requested by management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• 3 years of forklift experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills and able to read a tape measure
• Solid interpersonal skills
