You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. Compensation:$90,000 at plan
Responsibilities:- Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
- Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
- Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
- Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction

- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Possess a valid Real Estate License or is seeking licensure
- Applicants should have a high school diploma
