All agents on our team put in a full-time effort and follow a structure that should yield 2-4 transactions every month. A high producing agent should be closing 5-8+ transactions monthly with the training, structure and leverage that we provide.

Responsibilities:

Are you DRIVEN to succeed without being pushed? 20% of all agents produce 80% of transactions. The AVERAGE agent sells less than 8 units a year. We only want those that wish to be well ABOVE AVERAGE. We can’t want you to succeed more than you do!

Qualifications:

Current Real Estate License or have the ability to obtain one. If you aren't at least enrolled in real estate pre-licensing classes, it is too early to apply with us.

Be teachable, coachable, willing to do what others won’t and accepting of everyone around you.

Willingness to learn new tools, systems and technologies.

Display a willingness to stay steady, persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations.
