Real Estate & Facility Management supports on a global basis in the areas of facility projects, management and real estate. The main goal is to make business units safe and efficient both ensuring the highest standards of the real estate assets and an skilled collaboration with local providers.

Responsibilities

• Facility Services: planning and coordination of external Vendors in Maintenance Activities (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Civil, etc.) and Service Contracts (Cleaning, Security, etc).

• Regular sites inspection in order to keep the building assets under control and ensure that Vendors follow Vestas Safety Rules & Protocols.

• Management of the Ticketing System assigning tasks, vendors and follow the process in order to meet SLA and KPIs.

• Real Estate support in contract updates, interaction with landlords, legal requirements, taxes, etc

• Project Management support in refurbishments, system upgrades, relocations, etc

• Governance Activities support: administration & control, invoice handling, Purchase Requisition, etc

  
  

Qualifications

• Technical Degree and 1 or 2 years of experience related with facility services, real estate, project management, etc.

• MS Office software (Excel, Word) and CAD (basic).

• Knowledge of Health & Safety Italian Workplace Regulations.

• Good level of English (B1)
