WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The function of Indirect Material Management is a part of Proto Procurement Team and is mainly to support the Product Validation Site of San Matteo (MO) in order to allow all User’s requests related to Maintenance, Consumable, Training, Investments (CAPEX), blue collar’s timesheet management and travel support on demand. The Candidate shall work closely with various themas, using different IT systems and receiving inputs from various PD-PE-PV teams.
In particular the Candidate will manage clusters of:

• Maintenance
• Training
• CAPEX

He/She must grant the respect of the annual budget and the timing request by the Management according with CNHI Policies. The Candidate will prepare Purchasing Request (PR) with all the added documentations requested by Purchasing (eg: Single sourcing modules, MOQ, delivery date,..) following the input of Technical Departments. Will chase Purchase Order/Contract emission and will manage Child Orders creation and validation, Invoicing authorization (RAF/SAF), Invoicing closure, Monthly accruals and GRN (Good entry and ddt storage).

He/She will support monthly timesheet preparation for blue collars and on spot demand be a support for Travel organization and reporting (CONCUR).

He/She will prepare PRs for CAPEX and follow the process till CAPEX delivery, moreover will be the reference for PRs creation for other PD Departments.

He/She will manage DUVRI and “Permessi di Ingresso” according to CNHI Policies for all the Orders/Contracts related to the above mentioned clusters

Technical tasks:
1. Good/excellent ability in managing excel data
2. Full knowledge of SAP ERP, PROMISE (Timesheet & PERF modules), OST
3. Knowledge of CNHI Policies related to Indirect Material Purchasing and Financial Policies (CAPEX)
4. Work closely with many different Departments and Suppliers.
5. Understanding and prioritizing requests, discussing with main actors, assuring the respect of timing.
