Our growing business has an immediate need for a Purchasing and Warehouse Coordinator. Candidate MUST HAVE previous experience in purchasing, receiving, and warehouse management. We are looking for a quick learner, with the ability to work individually as well as with a team. Must have a desire to and drive to learn!

A Warehouse Coordinator, oversees operations of the warehouse to ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed according to schedule.

A Warehouse Coordinator completes various management, organization and planning tasks to maintain high performance of the warehouse’s ordering and shipping processes. Their duties and responsibilities often include:

• 1 year of purchasing / ordering from multiple vendors

• Review materials on projects

• Create PO’s and order equipment based on project timelines

• Process RMA’s for service and installations

• Track equipment to keep up with ETA’s, backorders, cost changes, discontinued parts

• Keep price lists current

• Receive equipment and PO’s

• Stage equipment in the warehouse for technicians (technicians will assist with any heavy lifting and moving of equipment)

• Ship equipment out for repair or to other locations as needed

• Communicate with other departments and team members on equipment statues for installation timelines

• Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock

• Manage equipment leaving the warehouse with technicians for jobs and service

• Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
