YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create, coordinate and manage public relations campaigns and content, at Global and EMEA level.

  • Plan, develop and implement PR strategies, with a strong focus on Sustainability
  • Coordinate the brand editorial plan (press releases and social media). The plan is driven by sustainability projects of the brands, product launches, brand milestones or anniversaries, participation to conferences, summits, or special events.
  • Develop and nurture the relationship with the trade press through ad hoc interviews, press meetings and conferences.
  • Spot speaking opportunities for the Brand President and Europe Vice President. Develop speeches for any of their public interventions.
  • Monitor visibility of the Brand through dashboard and press clippings. Recommend corrective actions where applicable.
  • The PR officer is the point of reference for internal and corporate communication offices, as well as Institutional Relations and Head of Sustainability.
  • Deliver to the Sustainability unit the information needed for the Sustainability report and year book.
  • Develop and monitor the Corporate Social Responsibility project on a global and EMEA level.

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Share of voice: Brand visibility in the media compared to our direct competitors.
  • Brand visibility in Ag Trade media, measured based on quality (cover stories) and accuracy to our target audience.
  • Media Event management (participation and coverage)
  • Media relations: constancy and quality of the relationship
  • Timely delivery, with hard deadlines for fairs, events and product launches

OTHER INFORMATION:

  • Experience in Public Relations either in a communication department or in a PR agency
  • Ability to develop messages and story boards.
  • Fluent English and Italian
  • Strong writing skills in English, Italian is a plus
  • Confident presentation skills, interaction with top management and journalists
  • Brand knowledge a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and lead different projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and proactive approach
