Full-Time - Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Ascension Saint Thomas Behavioral Health Hospital is a new, 76 bed, state-of-the-art hospital in Nashville’s Metro Center neighborhood, just minutes from downtown, Nashville, TN. We provide age-appropriate inpatient programming for adults ages 18-65 and older who are struggling with behavioral health disorders.
We are looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team - Monday to Friday & two weekends per month.
Psychiatric patients require care from specialty-trained professionals, in a highly-specialized, and quality-focused environment. Our team at Ascension Saint Thomas Behavioral Health is seeking to add a like-minded Psychiatric Nurse
Practitioner to their diverse and dynamic team.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner able to practice in the state of TN
- Advanced nursing knowledge and clinical skills through an appropriate educational program
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing nurse practitioner
- DEA License
- Willingness and ability to get X-Waiver
- Ability to work early hours to meet the needs of our clients
- Experience in addiction/psychiatric treatment preferred
