Job description

The Proposal Specialist will serve as a key member of our team, responsible for the preparation of proposals, contracts and other tasks.

Job duties:

• Create proposals in QuickBooks from information submitted by managers or techs
• Create contracts and update client information
• Inputting client information into several softwares
• Complete bids
• Find/order materials needed for work orders
• Research and file for permits
• Ensure the company is in compliance with all cities we service
• Ensure company is registered as vendors in all cities we service
• Answer phones and respond to emails
• Closing one day a week, this day can vary. Time also varies, estimated 9am-6pm
• Closing 1 day a month on saturday. 3-6pm estimated time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
