Job description
We're looking for an empathetic, well-spoken individual to join our Claims Experience (CLX) team.
As part of the CLX team, you'll work to settle fast claims related to theft, vandalism, and lost property. You'll have full ownership of claims from beginning to end, using your mastery of policy details to exceed customer expectations along the way.
What you'll do
- Handle simple or fast-track property claims pertaining to theft, vandalism, and lost property
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to settle claims
- Organize and prioritize daily tasks in order to resolve claim-based questions from customers
- Explain coverage decisions to customers in plain English, without relying on insurance jargon
What you'll need
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (previous experience handling claims is a plus)
- Comfortable articulating yourself on the phone as well as via email
- Passion for creating the best customer experiences imaginable
- Licensed as a Property & Casualty adjuster in your resident state - a plus
