Job description
We are looking for a Project Management Coordinator who brings innovative thinking to help drive the growth of Moody’s Analytics global Sales organization. This role will participate in strategic projects and programs that will significantly drive customer acquisition, customer expansion and increased market share. Working directly in the Sales Go to Market office, you will partner with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Business Systems and Sales Operations to design and deliver new capabilities to our Sales organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple, large scale, strategic projects independently.
  • Build project plans, drive coordination of global stakeholders, ensure completion of deliverables, and communicate project status to management on a regular basis.
  • Manage training program content creation efforts.
  • Coordinate creation of presentations for senior management on market feedback
  • Work with Sales Go To Market team to streamline projects and deliverables for access by global sales organization
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis, develop analytics and dashboards for sales go to market strategies and impact of market feedback.
  • Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g. Bachelor’s degree) required, preferably in economics or business; graduate/second-level degree (e.g. Master's/MBA) degree preferred.
  • Experience in project management, product strategy, sales strategy and/or sales operations. Experience in firms selling risk and financial assessment solutions, understanding of the sales process, the customers’ personas, customer’s journey and evolving buying behaviours.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Skilled at active listening. Able to independently translate general feedback or broad visions from the field into actionable, structured plans with measurable metrics.
  • Strong teamwork and demonstrated leadership skills. Highly responsive and proactive in issue resolution and communication across numerous stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven. Able to manage projects, complete assignments, and resolve issues proactively without oversight or direction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills (including presentation skills); proven ability to build relationships at all levels and across different departments or teams.
  • Demonstrates good judgment, strong critical and creative thinking skills in problem-solving and issue resolution.
  • Highly analytical and detail oriented with proven MS Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI, Business Intelligence (e.g. Tableau), CRM (e.g. Salesforce.com) skills and ability to convert data-driven analyses into actionable recommendations.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $76,200 to $110,400, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
