SERVPRO Beverly Hills is an industry leading water, mold, and large loss fire restoration company. We are one of a select few members of the SERVPRO Global Disaster Recovery Team Program, singling us out as one the largest producers of commercial damage restoration in the country and worldwide.

Production Coordinator: A great candidate for this role would have previous Office/ Administrative experience handling scheduling, logistics, or dispatch.

Pay Rate: $21-23/Hr. Depending on Experience

Summary: Our Production Coordinator performs all tasks related to customer calls, job monitoring, tracking, coordination, and audits of jobs.

• Receive and enter lead calls and job referrals and dispatch to appropriate party
• Submit preliminary estimates and job file backup
• Track pending lead calls and job referral follow-up
• Coordinate on-call schedule, production schedule, and monitor logistics
• Organize weekly timecards and turn in to Production Manager for approval
• Monitor job file status, audit status, ensure client requirements are followed
• Job File Communication and Reporting
• Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and the audit process
• Follow up with customers and insurance representatives according to collection job flow guidelines
• Maintain internal communication regarding collection process

Qualifications:

• Previous Office/Administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Excellent Customer service and attention to detail is a MUST
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Scheduling, logistics, and dispatch experience is a plus
• Previous work experience in commercial cleaning, restoration, construction, or insurance industry is helpful
