POSITION SUMMARY

The candidate will be responsible for the efficient production and quality of products manufactured on high-speed progressive presses. Solid experience with Bruderer or Minster presses required. Must be experienced and have the technical ability to maintain existing progressive tools/dies. Building and development of new tools is a plus.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Efficient production of a wide variety of products manufactered on high-speed progressive presses while ensuring perfect quality at all times
• Solid experience with Bruderer or Minster presses required
• Experience / have technical ability to develop, construct and maintain progressive tools/dies
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
• Wages dependent on experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in plant operation or other related fields
• Familiarity with plant tools and equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Watertown, CT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Electrical discharge machining: 1 year (Preferred)
• CNC: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Journeyman License (Preferred)
