Job Details:

Program Manager for Learning & Development will help drive company values and philosophy through training and development activities that are strategically linked to the firm's mission and vision. The position is responsible for ensuring effective training programs are in place to enable the achievement of desired business results. Training programs focus on a variety of topics: including company culture, values, competencies and management/leadership skills. The Program manager also facilitates the delivery of internal training programs and measures the effectiveness of training to ensure a return on investment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate internal soft skills and leadership development training using multiple channels including in-person, webinars, and workshops.

• Design, develop and maintain training workshops from conception to implementation. Develop training outlines, objectives, materials, assessments, labs, activities, job aids, tests, surveys, etc. for employees and continuing development in all modalities ensuring all materials and programs are learner-focused, interactive, effective and user-friendly.
• Coordinate all projects from start to finish, including: needs assessment and analysis of needs assessment; curriculum design and development; assembly of training materials; logistics; evaluation; etc.
• Develop and recommend strategies and approaches to close skill and performance gaps; gain alignment and support from managers, business leaders; and identify/secure required support and engage resources to develop and execute solution
• Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify and/or develop content and design training material, if needed. Recommends appropriate solutions and delivery methods to optimize knowledge transfer
• Ensures adult learning principles are incorporated into training programs.

• Maintain internal Learning Management System including the input and maintenance of course information, monitoring registrations, and reporting
• Coordinate training logistics as needed. Responsibilities include: identifying instructors, booking rooms, sending calendar invites, moderating training, etc…

Qualifications/Skills:

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in performance consulting, training, learning & development, organizational development, and/or team development.
• Understanding and experience applying a variety of development approaches that span formal training, relationship based, and experience-based development (70-20-10 model of development).
• Strong project management/consulting skills and prioritization/organization skills for fast-paced environment, with a flexible schedule
• Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships across the different teams and business units
