FoxTrot Aviation Services is seeking an energetic, hands-on Program Manager (PM) who is passionate about employee development, customer relationships, and travel!

The Program Manager will be responsible for the safe operation and growth of MRO Inspection Cleaning and Detailing Services as well as Facility and Aircraft Detailing. Travel is required, at least 1 week a month, candidate must manage their own travel schedule.

1) This role is responsible for building great teams at the Tuscon International Airport and possibly beyond. This will involve hands on training of Operations Managers and Supervisors, but also the coordination of resources from FoxTrot's training department.

a. Meeting with Teams on all shifts is a must

b. The PM must be willing and able to clean with the team and get their hands dirty

c. A successful PM builds trust through the example he or she sets, fair quarterly evaluations of subordinates, and coaching and mentoring

d. The PM identifies and fosters talent inside FoxTrot

e. Knows, teaches, and fairly enforces company policy through training, audits, and FoxTrot's discipline process when needed

f. The PM embraces the Company's Core Values and hires, fires, and promotes based on them

g. Cares for FoxTrot vehicles and assets as appropriate

Success Metric is Low Turnover among the Operation Managers and Supervisors reporting to the PM

2) This role is responsible for building great relationships with customers

a. Builds in person relationships with primary points of contact in operations, finance, and customer reps at PM's locations

b. Understands the needs of the customers through face to face conversations, business lunches, phone calls, and emails.

c. Attends local and national events to grow the FoxTrot brand

d. Audits jobs, worksites, and personnel to ensure that client expectations are being met.

e. Coordinate large multi location jobs with rapid, accurate communication and minute by minute customer coordination

f. Can explain and cross sell FoxTrot's services to all types of customers

g. The PM has the confidence to handle difficult customer issues such as aircraft damage and price increases

Success Metric is +25% revenue growth per year, 4 composite audit score for all locations, Zero safety incidents

3) This role is responsible for the financial performance of locations

a. The PM must achieve throughput and sales goals defined by ownership across the location

b. Trains Operations Managers in the basics of cost control and sales

c. Educates the Operations managers on FoxTrot's revenue driven bonus structure

d. Staffing must be maintained so as to minimize overtime and maximize efficiency

e. Understands payroll cost drivers

f. Expense tracking and receipt submission through FoxTrot tools and software

Success Metric is +35% free cash flow across locations, P & L management, Revenue targets met consistently.

The PM reports directly to the Ownership.

Skills

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

5. Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and walk throughout the workday

6. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

7. Strong customer relations skills. Able to converse in aviation terms like aircraft types, phonetic alphabet, military time, and other common vocabulary

8. Knows when to ask questions and where to find answers

9. Basic knowledge of financial statements and budgets

Compensation

• $80,000 Starting Base
