Responsibilities Include:
- Packing products.
- Moving products using a pallet jack.
- Inspect products to ensure they are compliant with current food and safety regulations.
- Loading foods into the smokehouse.
- Monitoring foods to ensure they are cooked to specifications and then getting them ready for packaging.
Qualifications:
- Be able to stand for long periods.
- Be able to lift 50 pounds or more repeatedly.
- Be able to push heavy carts around.
