We are a world leader in Anodized Aluminum. We are a privately owned, durable good manufacturing company located in the Northwest Suburbs. We are a small business with world-wide customers.

The 2nd Shift Anodizing Production Supervisor (Foreman) will perform and oversee production runs within the anodizing department. Oversight will include 2nd shift staff supervision, with responsibilities for quality of production runs, safety, training as needed, and other production supervisor responsibilities. 2nd shift hours are from 4:00 pm to Midnight or as production is scheduled (some 10 hour days, 4 days a week for example).

The experienced candidate we are looking for will have a solid work background within the Anodizing or metal coatings industry, proven ability to lead and take ownership within area of expertise, able to work well with others and remain flexible to changing business needs and will have a solid work history in leading batch anodizing teams. A metallurgical, chemical, or coating systems background within the manufacturing sector required.

We in turn offer a competitive salary and benefit package. This position is bonus and sign-on bonus eligible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
