Job description

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day safe, efficient, and quality cheese production is our primary goal.
• Packing and preparing the shipment of the cheeses
• Assemble and prepare cheeses for shipment
• Cleaning of the production facility
• Understand and follow the company's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures. (SOP and SSOPs)
• Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory in warehouses
• Document and track task progress using provided documentation.
• Attention to detail at each step- ingredient batching, production, and sanitation.
• Ability to work swiftly and safely.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.

Skills and experience:

• Must have the authorization to work in the US
• Experience in food processing (1-year min)
• Dairy work includes a lot of washing and cleaning, as well as physical work
• Should be able to lift 50 lbs and have strong attention to detail
• Ability to move freely and safely between bending, stooping, and standing for mixed and extended periods throughout each shift.
• Strong attention to detail
• Confidence and ability to ask questions as needed to facilitate and confirm understanding.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.27 - $22.00 per hour
