Responsibilities:
We are looking to hire Productions Associates for our Pittsfield, New Hampshire manufacturing plant.

Working hours are 1st Shift 6:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday through Thursday, Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm and Saturday overtime as business needs dictate.

Starting pay $16.50/hr. Additional compensation may be available based upon experience.

Production Associates
are needed for the following areas:
  • Stitching (Sewing Operators)
Utilize a variety of industrial single needle, double needle and programmable machines to stitch one of over 100 operations needed to complete the turnout gear shell or liner. Every operator is responsible for the quality of their work and is expected to support their departmental team by learning at least two additional operations.
  • Machine Operator roles (Snapping, Seam Seal, Automated Stitching, Trim)
  • Material preparation, Labelling, Inspection, Matching and Final packaging
Qualifications:
  • Able to speak, read and write English
  • Have basic knowledge of computers or tablets
  • Sewing Operators must be able to sit for full shift
  • Non-Sewing Operators must be able to stand/walk for full shift
  • Able to assist in team lifting of approximately 30 pounds
  • Strong organization skills and high attention to detail
  • Previous experience in Quality Control and Inspection desirable
  • Must be willing to work the hours of 6:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm on Friday and on Saturdays as business dictates.
