YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for leading the creation of EV test procedures/acceptance criteria framework and DVP templates
• Coordinate with the Vehicle Product Validation Team to look for potential coverage gaps and develop mitigation plans where gaps exist
• Interface with Safety and Compliance office to ensure that the verification plan meets product, regulatory and business needs
• Responsible for identifying test equipment and instrumentation to purchase for testing and measurement
• Coordinating facilities upgrade and investments across regions/segments
• Travel up to 30%

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS in Engineering field. Extensive experience will be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 8 years of vehicle validation engineering experience
• Able to effectively communicate and work cross-functionally across all technical teams and disciplines
• Experience with reliability metrics such as MTTF, MMTF, and MTBF
• Experience with full vehicle electric architecture preferred
