You display a passion for our products, compassion for the stakeholders of our products (clients as well as support, success, sales, QA and engineering teams) and a willingness to operate within the framework, structure, and processes utilized by the company in a positive, can-do way.

We understand the advantages to working from home, and we also believe in the power of people and connections, which is why we proudly offer a hybrid work culture. This position is remote but will require travel to our NJ or VA offices occasionally.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
  • Validate and accept user stories upon completion of Engineering and Quality Assurance
  • Manage and refine user stories in Jira
  • Collaborate with Product Manager to prioritize roadmap
  • Manage Product Artifacts and Process
  • Author release notes for releases
  • Produce user stories, requirements, sketches, workflows, and risk factors including edge cases, and other potentially impacted functions
  • Work with the UX/UI teams to ensure requirements and user stories are maintained in design
  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of related work experience
  • Experience building EMR or relevant healthcare products for clinicians
  • Preferred experience building mobile application
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Ability to understand business needs, gather appropriate information, analyze data to identify root cause
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strongly empathetic to customer needs and workflows
  • Attention to detail

CentralReach was developed for Clinicians by Clinicians. The story of CentralReach begins in 2012 when the company’s founder, a practicing Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, decided there had to be a better way to manage her operations so she could spend more time on what mattered most — working with her clients and patients. To help ABA practices focus on what they do best, CentralReach launched the first iteration of its EMR and practice management platform.

Today, under the leadership of Chris Sullens, an award-winning CEO in the technology space, CentralReach is committed to their mission of providing cutting-edge technology and services to help clinicians and educators produce superior client and patient outcomes. Already a market leader, CentralReach is expected to grow exponentially through its four core tenets: hire and develop great people; build industry-leading products; provide exceptional service to customers and continuously invest in systems, processes and infrastructure.

We value our employees and offer a robust benefits package including health and dental, paid time off, life insurance, disability coverage and a 401(k) matching. We also provide comprehensive onboarding, ongoing training, mentoring and career pathing to help you develop your career. We pride ourselves on our fun and energetic environment that also provides our employees with a meaningful way to make a difference by helping clinicians and educators produce superior outcomes for children and adults with disabilities.
