Digital Product Manager

Hybrid; Flex 1 schedule, 0-3 times per month onsite

The Digital Product Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, managing the features and capabilities that drive the ordering and payments process of a customer’s digital pharmacy experience. The Digital Product Manager will utilize data from multiple sources to define product direction, opportunities, value proposition and issue resolution. In addition, the Digital Product Manager, will own all aspects of how we deliver authenticated/personalized pharmacy messages and improve findability through multiple channels and ensure customers take action.

How you will make an impact:

• Evaluates existing digital products and competitor and industry data to improve existing products and make recommendations for new products.
• Utilize omni-channel data to discover new product opportunities and digital alignment
• Recommends and implements long term profitability strategies including market positioning, assessment, pricing parameters, and risk profiles.
• Coordinates presentation, communication, and implementation of all phases of product development.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Capabilities, Skills, and Experiences:

• Pharmacy benefits management (PBM) preferred.
• Health or managed care experience preferred.
• Experience using client needs/marketplace feedback to drive product solutions.
• Experience with MS Office Suite a plus.
• Experience with analytics platforms a plus

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $74,800 to $134,640
