TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic goals, product strategies, and comprehensive roadmaps for the TikTok LIVE tool (within app) and take ownership of the product's lifecycle from inception to launch and beyond.
• Empower the creators to better express themselves and enhance content on the platform by deeply understanding the needs of our creators, community and the LIVE ecosystem.
• Define and establish key success metrics and product impact, ensuring a data-driven approach to product management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, data, and R&D to sort out business processes, form product plans, and coordinate resources to promote implementation.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent education.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in either a product team, product manager or similar roles in an internet company.
• Ideally have experience in livestreaming or photo / video capture related technologies.
• Highly motivated, independent thinker, good cross-cultural understanding with strong project ownership.
• Demonstrate the skill to work closely and establish confidence with a diverse team of engineers, designers, data scientists, and other cross-functional colleagues, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $140000 - $280000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
