This position is accountable for effective process design, process optimization, and process control for CAPEX projects as well as operations support for new and existing facilities and processes.
Your responsibilities:
  • Lead the process design activities for new equipment and processes coming to site including integration of sector specified unit processes into the site.
  • Provide general process engineering support into capital projects for the site, working with plant or sector led project teams, including process engineering expertise and input through all hazard studies.
  • Support a cross functional team in the optimization of processes related to the Capex projects.
  • Lead the coordination of trials and the related data collection/analysis for products, processes and equipment
  • Provide technical assistance related to customer, product, and process specific inquiries to all Clean Air sites
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve production efficiency, profitability, and quality.
Requirements for the role:
  • Experienced Chemical or Mechanical/Chemical Process Engineer with a strong track record in and significant experience of process design for capital projects
  • An ability to guide a cross functional team to timely completion of objectives
  • Experience within Production and / or Catalyst Manufacturing
