Position Overview:
The process engineer of the continuous casting, after having developed an in-depth technical knowledge of the process, defines the reference technical standards for guiding and optimizing the main KPI's of the process itself (plant productivity, quality of the finished product , optimization of raw material consumption).
The work activity of the Process Engineer in the area involves frequent interaction with the workers operating in the field to verify the detectable process parameters and to request subsequent interactions that allow the process to be stabilized. The definition of the standards to be used during the march passes through an analysis and statistical processing of the data recorded from the field. Equally frequent is the constant interaction and synergy with the people who work in other company functions such as maintenance, quality, EHS.

The Pieve plant situated south of Milan Italy employs approximately 180 people. The plant has an integrated sheet mill with continuous casting capability supplying aluminium sheet and to internal and external customers of the building and construction industry as well as local automotive customers.
