The Prep Cook/Dishwasher at Edgewater is a key role in overall kitchen operation. In this role, you will:

• Complete a daily prep list that includes fresh food preparation and getting the work station ready for the day
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, and work with the team to insure all cooking and serving supplies and utensils are ready and meet cleanliness standards
• Assist in keeping the kitchen organized and stocked for daily meal preparation
