About this Opportunity

As a Product Manager on our Fraud & Collections Risk Platform Product team, you will work with the team to drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle for new features and capabilities in the Fraud & Collections Risk space across our Platform Solutions businesses. This is an opportunity to use your analytical and creative skills to deliver best in class customer experience coupled with well thought out architectural design and implementation. In this role, you will join a team committed to superior consumer experience to improve and extend Fraud & Collections Risk capabilities. We have a fast paced result driven culture and we are looking for individuals who are proactive and can work with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to inform product strategy and pipeline development
  • Partner with Fraud & Collections Risk, Engineering and other functional teams (e.g., Legal and Compliance) to design risk capabilities that drive exceptional customer experience
  • Articulate product features and requirements to different audiences. Write user stories and acceptance criteria and groom stories with developers and designers
  • Identify, document, and improve existing processes in order to maximize efficiency in constantly evolving environments
  • Leverage a data driven approach to drive roadmap prioritization
  • Collaborate with other product managers and designers to ensure cohesiveness of the overall customer experience
  • Research and remain current on the latest industry trends and recommend tools, services and practices for improvement

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in product management, risk management experience or engineering experience with debit cards, credit cards, checking products in an agile product development environment
  • Proven analytical skills and problem solving ability paired with meticulous attention to writing and communicating detailed requirements and product specifications
  • Strong communication skills to articulate and align requirements across a wide spectrum of stakeholders and developers
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to effectively manage competing priorities
  • Desire to work in a fast paced environment, consistently adhering to strict deadlines and evolving priorities
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence, Jira
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (U.S. or equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience/ knowledge in Consumer Risk, specifically, Fraud & Collections Risk
  • Advanced quantitative/deductive reasoning skills
  • Experience with architecture design and code reviews to validate best practices
  • Experience with SQL and data science tools (Python/R/SAS)
