American River Rehabilitation is an exciting, energetic outpatient physical therapy and occupational therapy clinic located in Auburn CA, part of the beautiful Sierra Nevada foothills and home to the Western States 100 endurance run. We are looking to hire an upbeat team player to work 24 hours per week and benefits will be available to include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, sick, vacation and holiday leave, as well as 401K program (employer matching).

This position will be to provide support to physical therapists, to include supervision of exercises under guidance of physical therapist as well as general clinic duties. It is very beneficial if you have experience and/or educational background in exercise, anatomy and physiology.

Our patient load consists of post-op shoulder, hip, knee and ankle, as well as spine, balance and general orthopedic injuries. We place heavy emphasis on therapeutic exercise and patient education in a positive, team oriented environment. We have had many of our prior aides move onto careers in the medical field.
