Job description

We are seeking Physical Therapist in Carson City, NV!

You will be conducting assessments and evaluations to children to determine program eligibility or eligibility for physical therapy services. Provide physical therapy services in children's homes or childcare facilities as specified on children's Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP's) Documents all evaluations and intervention services in each child's file also generate third-party revenue. Assists with locating, securing, and fitting adaptive equipment. Participates on multi-disciplinary teams to provide services according to the intensity and frequency specified on children's IFSP's. Provide physical therapy services in the natural environment and provide intervention strategies for staff and parent to continue with the child in his/her daily routines.

Hours; TBD

Pay is highly competitive, $50-56 per hour!

Qualifications
Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from a university program satisfying the APTA academic and intern requirements for competence.

License/Certification:

• Nevada State Licensure of a PT.
• Current BLS certification.

Experience

• 1 year of Pediatric experience, ages 0-3 preferred but not required
