PREMIER THERAPY, is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist to add to our partner's skilled nursing facility in Sandusky, Ohio. With over 21+years' experiencein senior living comunnities in OH, PA and NY, PREMIER THERAPY is an award-winning, privately-owned therapy services provider. Our employees are passionate about improving the resident's quality of life, and delivering compassionate care. We believe in teamwork and value each and every employee. Compensation up to $55.00 an hour (depending on skills, abilities and experience).

Your typical day may include, but is not limited to:
- Interdisciplinary discussion/review of patients on schedule and treatment.
- New admissions evaluations.
- Review of potential discharges and communication of floor programs.
- Staff training and/or communication of patient progress.
- Programming: Wheelchair, splints, adaptive equipment.
- Communication with family/facility staff of patient progress/updated goals/adaptive equipment/change of status.
