Job Summary

The Retouch and Color Corrector will use Lightroom and Photoshop to edit images ensuring the highest quality prints. This role will retouch blemishes, glass glare, general imperfections, etc. as needed and color correct images to maintain consistent color and lighting throughout all pictures. This is a season position during the months of January through May.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Basic and advanced retouching on individuals
• Color correct all images before print
• Group image selection, retouch and color correction
• Maintain a working knowledge of production schedule and standards
• Maintain a working knowledge of policies and procedures
• Maintain positive, productive relationships with all team members
• Listen actively and communicate openly, clearly and respectfully with management and peers alike
• Maintain an average retouching pace of 18+ images per hour
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years' experience in Photoshop and Lightroom
