Expanding 7 attorney Newport Beach Plaintiff's personal injury litigation and trial law firm is seeking an experienced attorney with 5-15 years of personal injury litigation and trial experience.

Our firm exclusively practices Plaintiff's personal injury litigation and has done so for more than 25 years (with the firm's founder having practiced in the field of personal injury since 1984) and has been featured as one of Orange County's top 10 personal injury law firms in the O.C. Register Metro Magazine annual "Top Attorneys" edition for the 3 consecutive years. In addition, the firm's founder enjoys the "Super Lawyer" designation and is a contributing member of all local and national Trial Lawyer Associations including OCTLA, CAALA, CASD, CAOC, and AAJ, and has supervised or been responsible for close to 500 million dollars in personal injury verdicts, arbitration awards, and settlements. The firm has the honor of not only being named as "Elite Trial Lawyers" by the National Law Journal but can also boast of being named one of the "Top 100" law firms by the National Trial Lawyers for returning 5 or more jury verdicts for gross verdict amounts in excess of $16,000,000 in 2015.

This is a great opportunity for a true believer to take on his/her own case load and to first and second chair six and seven figure personal injury jury trials with seasoned and successful trial attorneys (in excess of 40 personal injury trials between them all) one of whom is a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College. The position starts out with a base salary of $150,000 plus 30-40% of the fees earned on work you bring in, along with a sliding scale commission percentage of the fees generated by firm cases, and end of year bonus compensation. Full benefits include a hybrid remote work schedule, health insurance, 401k (with a 3% firm contribution regardless if you contribute anything yourself), 2 weeks vacation pay to start, 5 days paid personal time off regardless of the reason, payment of State Bar dues, MCLE, all expenses paid at the annual CAALA Las Vegas convention or other practical, continuing education, including the Gerry Spence Trial College, and additional time off through the end of year holidays.
