We will provide training for our computer programs, forms, and office procedures. The dress code is nice casual.

Position:

• Personal Assistant

Compensation:

• $20-25 hourly based on experience
• Paid time off

Other incentives:

• Additional bonus pay (performance based)

Schedule requirements:

• Full-time with flexibility

Language requirements:

• English
• Spanish is helpful but not required

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant
• Business acumen
• Project management
• Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Photoshop, Adobe, Canva, or similar
• Restaurant 365 or Quickbooks
• Gmail, google voice, drive, outlook
• Dropbox, iCloud, One Drive, and Google Drive
• Social media, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc
• Proficient with Apple, iPhone,
• It -software (networking - hardware)
• Typing
• Writing
• Running errands

Educational requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
