The NBN group is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support this sweet young girl and her family during the day and for her bedtime routine!

Patient: 5 Year old Female
Location: Plainsboro, NJ
Equipment: G/J tube, O2
Shifts available:
- Mondays: 10a-8p
- Tuesdays: 10a-8p
- Wednesdays: 10a-8p
- Thursdays: 10a-8p
- Fridays 10a-8p
- Saturdays 10a-8p
- Sundays 10a-8p

Responsibilities:
- Provides skilled nursing 1 on 1 patient care in the home.
- Monitors and assesses patients physical condition.
- Performs treatment and medication administration as prescribed by the physician.
- Submits clinical notes and patient assessment by Tuesday at 12pm following the week that services are provided.
- Experience with any or all of the following equipment: G-Tubes, NG-Tubes, Feeding pumps, O2 Administration, Pulse Ox monitoring, Trach and Vent, etc.
Qualifications:
- Current RN or LPN licensure in good standing in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current CPR certification
- The ability to lift 40lbs
- The ability to function independently in the home
- Current Drivers License
- Must have a satisfactory criminal background check as defined by company policy.
