Job Summary and Qualifications

Provides courteous and prompt telephone service while demonstrating a high level of customer service skills. Position requires a professional attitude and the ability to:

• 
  Handle 100-200 calls per hour.
• 
  Monitor all emergency equipment (fire alarms, generators, etc.).
• 
  Announce all hospital emergencies: codes, fire alarms, etc.
• 
  Handle a busy switch board.

What qualifications you will need:

• High school diploma, GED or related experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in medical billing/collection environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English required.

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
