Our Great Expressioms Dental Centers is searching for a full-time Patient Services Supervisor.

Join a neighborhood dental center backed by a national network of support.

Lead a team of Patient Support Specialists to deliver a responsive customer service experience to patients and prospective patients who are seeking to schedule or reschedule office visits in a call-center setting. Assist in hiring and training Team Members, monitoring progress, and coaching them to cultivate the knowledge and skills to provide excellent service to patients. Work with leadership to support offices and maximize customer satisfaction and company revenue.

Basic Position Requirements: What you need to qualify as a candidate for this position

• Able to motivate others to achieve goals
• Able to speak clearly, professionally, and articulately in a meeting setting, up and down the organization
• Understand and consider multiple business impacts when making decisions that do not have a documented, clear cut solution
• Comfortable handling issues and problems from team members and third parties
• Able to provide honest and constructive coaching feedback to Team Members
• Able to create an atmosphere where people can do their best, and motivate all Team Members
