Patient Services Representative
We are seeking a Patient Service Representative for our Jacksonville-Ponte Vedra Beach, FL clinic. In this role, you will own the initial communication to the providers on behalf of our patients, acting as a liaison. You proactively give the doctor and patients excellent support as you gather essential information to direct their experience.

Office Hours:
Monday-Friday: 6 am-8 pm, Saturday: 7 am-7 pm

What You’ll Do
- Provide the highest level of patient care through compassion and understanding.
- Gather, review, and verify all pertinent information in relation to the patient and their visit.
- Communicate directly with participating healthcare providers regarding patient’s care.
- Demonstrate compassionate support, attention, and assistance to patients.
- Educate our patients on the treatment options Serenity provides.
- Assist providers with any other relevant duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain resilience in difficult situations.
- 1+ year of experience in a full-time customer service role.
