Patient Coordinator/Receptionist (Beverly Hills)

Beverly Hills oculoplastic surgery (ophthalmology + plastics) office is seeking a front office receptionist and overall office assistant.

Requirements: -- Organized and detail oriented-- Enthusiastic-- TEAM PLAYER -- Hard working -- Excellent oral and written communication skills (must be an articulate speaker and writer)-- Computer skills necessary.-- Social Media skills-- Excellent customer service and patient coordination skills and sale skills-- Very professional and polished appearance, demeanor, and personality-- Responsible, dependable, and trustworthy.

This position will require the ability to multitask and remain extremely organized. You will interact with one physician closely and assist with the day to day operations of the practice. You must understand all segments of practice management including reception, patient interface, cosmetic surgery and treatments. You must answer and handle telephone calls in an extremely professional manner; handle correspondence including email, letters, bills, orders, etc.; maintain the physician's patient and personal schedules; and coordinate meetings. You must be able and willing to politely and professionally speak to patients, collect balances.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
