Overview of Position:
The Heiser Automotive Group has immediate openings for experienced Parts Counterpersons. We are seeking professional individuals who demonstrates strong customer service skills, are detail oriented, and who are self-starters and team players capable of working in a fast-paced environment. The Parts Counterperson is responsible for customer service and retail sales in our Parts department.

Responsibilities

• Selling parts and managing parts inventory/stock
• Locating and sourcing correct parts
• Ordering parts as needed
• Interaction with Technicians
• Deliver price quotes over the phone and offer status updates on shipments of parts
• Other miscellaneous duties as they arise

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Minimum 1+ year(s) relevant experience
• Previous parts/service experience preferred
• Previous automotive knowledge preferred
• Extensive automotive parts knowledge a plus
• Ability to lift items/supplies up to 50lbs.
• Valid and clean WI Driver’s License
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to function as part of a team and work independently
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced work environment
