Creative Dining Services is looking for a Server to join our team at Brandywine Creek Conference Center. Brandywine Creek is Whirlpool Corporation’s Leadership Development Conference Center. It is situated on 125-acres of protected Lake Michigan sand dune and oak forest. The facility is known for its hospitality to Whirlpool visitors from all over the globe - Monday through Friday Shifts Only.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

• Sets up, serves and cleans up dining room as directed
• Interacts with guests and customers at events with professionalism, service and grace, upholding the customer service expectations of CDS and the client/account
• Provides customer feedback to Executive Chef as it is received, including both positive and negative remarks

Physical Demands/Work Environment
The position of Server staff involves physical work in a dining room or occasional outdoor environment. Must be able to transport food, beverage and serving related items to serving tables or guest tables. Set up and cleanup of guest tables is required.

Must be able to lift 25 lbs.

Education – Skills - Expectations

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year minimum experience with food service and catering preferred
