Job Summary

The Leasing Consultant reports directly to the Property Manager. The Leasing Consultant will work in a fast paced, large community (320 units) that requires a team oriented sales driven individual.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Leasing Consultant is directly responsible for the following:
Perform all administrative duties related to the on-site sales/marketing function, leasing experience (show and lease apartments), generate traffic, securing appointments and maximizing of rentals, assist in the total leasing efforts and integrated marketing programs of the property, participate in the presentation and monitoring of market ready products and special projects as needed.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling products or services
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services

Ability to analyze and report financial data
Ability to be an active listener
Excellent customer service skill
Sales experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Must be outgoing
