WinnCompanies is searching for a customer service-focused Concierge to join our team in South Pasadena, FL. Acting as part of a team that provides courteous representation and service at our residential community, the Concierge pro-actively anticipates the needs of the residents and coordinates delivery of services to improve the overall resident living experience at Lutheran Residences.
shift Mon-Friday 11am-5pm
This position is offering $11 hourly.

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, prospective residents, vendors, and visitors
  • Provide regular updates to entire Property Management staff on community programs and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a network of community attractions, local amenities, services and supports for residents. Contract for on-site programs as designed.
  • Provide direct assistance, resource and program referral, and 1-1 coaching (when necessary) to individuals and families based on assessed need.
  • Create and implement an annual Community Services plan. Based on need, interest and opportunities, create a comprehensive strategy for event/activity/program development and implementation. Create an innovative and attractive events and activities calendar. Maintain the monthly community calendar.
  • Collect, manage, report and analyze resident data, and insure accuracy and consistency with established data. Data collected through annual resident questionnaire, resident touchpoints, community programs and activities.
  • Manage relationship with security contractor, 24/7 package retrieval contractor, accept incoming packages and deliveries, notify residents/recipients of their arrival, and others as assigned.
  • Manage community program budget, review monthly financial reports and insure accuracy in budget reporting.
  • Resolve resident concerns. Elevate service requests to maintenance and management as needed. Notify police of emergency, criminal, or medical emergency/activity. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of lobby/greeting area and common spaces.

Requirements

  • Some college preferred/ High School Diploma/GED Equivalent required
  • 2-3 years’ experience in comparable position a plus
  • Working knowledge of MS Office; Previous Yardi or Real Page experience is a plus
  • Prior knowledge of the apartment or hotel industry preferred; Familiarity with the local geography, attractions, and events; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.
