We are looking for a paralegal/legal assistant with strong organizational skills and a passion for helping others to join our team. You will provide overall support to the attorneys' business needs. This position will mainly focus in the fields of elder law, trusts, probate, and estates. Our ideal candidate is efficient, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn more about the legal field. This position will start as a part time position until you "learn the ropes" and then move in to a full-time position. Wage will be based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare documents such as faxes, letters, emails, and pleadings.
• Organize data.
• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents.
• Conduct research to support legal proceedings
• Handle customer service issues.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Record and store client information
• Communicate with clients to obtain necessary information and progree the case
