NEWLY CREATED POSITION - NIGHT SHIFT PORTER/SECURITY - Part Time Available - $19 to $20/hr PLUS $1/hr Shift Differential
Belmont Village Sabre Springs (Poway, CA)
Shift 10:30pm - 6:45am Friday & Saturday Nights
Prior experience as a housekeeper, janitor or porter in a large senior living community, hotel or related position strong preferred.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Helping ensure the overall cleanliness of the community's interior and exterior common spaces.
• Providing floor care maintenance on a variety of floor types using varied floor care equipment.
• Thorough cleaning of common spaces to include dusting, disinfecting, scrubbing, polishing, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Supporting the security and safety of the building by making hourly rounds of all exterior points of entry and by reporting or taking appropriate action on any observed concerns.

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?

• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID19 and the flu for employment in California.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in verbal and written English
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
• Exceptional leadership and customer service skills
• Two years experience as a housekeeper, janitor or porter strongly preferred
• Must successfully complete as a condition of employment:
• TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Job related health screening for this position
• State fingerprint & FBI background check
• Basic First Aid training
