Are you a results-oriented and driven sales professional with a proven track record of achieving sales goals? We’re seeking an outside sales representative who can drive traffic to our Manahawkin and Egg Harbor Township stores!

We support our sales team with the tools, training, management, and competitive compensation to ensure your success. Job seekers should be motivated self-starters with superior communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Compensation:

$40,000 plus commission

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages
  • Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients
  • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
  • Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects
  • Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points

  • Must be very computer savvy. We are a digital company and expect our team to be fluent in using different types of technology
  • Must go through training program to understand company CRM and communications platforms
  • Must have knowledge and understanding of our products and industry. Training will be provided
  • Must be able to work inside showroom if needed


Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
  • High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
  • Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike
  • A consistent top performer in sales
  • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
