Position Description

The primary duties of the National Account Executive are responsible for increasing sales by developing and maintaining retail relationships with prospects, customers, and clients. Duties may include identifying prospective customers, following up on potential sales leads and maintaining relationships with existing customers and maintaining a healthy pipeline. Outside Sales Representatives may also recommend marketing strategies designed for a target market.

Salary: $45,000 + commission = $112,000+ expected


  • Use quoting and scheduling software to execute new retail sales and customer service (Experience with SchedAero preferred). Quickly respond to calls and emails with clients, vendors, and colleagues
  • Develop an expert understanding of the aircraft within GrandView's Fleet as well as aircraft within the charter market, i.e., performance parameters, capacity etc.
  • Track prospect, client, and lead preferences in the company's CRM (Salesforce) scheduling system (SchedAero)
  • Identify and establish contact with potential retail customers
  • Schedule and perform value proposition review meeting product demonstrations with potential customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers
  • Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
  • Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic
  • Generate and submit sales reports to management
  • Other duties as assigned


Work Hours

Must be willing to work FT as necessary to perform all job duties necessary to hit on target earning

Position Requirements
  • Strong Customer Service experience required - Able to communicate with customers and colleagues sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally always.
  • Strong organizational skills - detail oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize and be proactive.
  • Highly motivated - work in the fast-paced 24/7 environment of business aviation.
  • Flexible, strong ability to deal with change
  • Strong computer & communication skills and the ability to quickly learn & adapt to new software
  • Ability to work under pressure individually and in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • High School Diploma or GED Required. Bachelor's Degrees preferred.
  • Occasional travel for trade shows and industry events may be required; must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
  • Experience working in the jet & helicopter charter industry OR handling VVIP or high net worth individuals (also those with high-end concierge, travel, luxury, or financial sales experience should apply)

Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
