Columbia Associates in Psychiatry is now part of the Transformations Care Network. We are an established network of behavioral health clinics throughout northern Virginia that, out of a passion for providing superior patient care, is empowering our Psychiatrists to provide easy access to high-quality, outcomes-based treatment to all those that need help, and when they need it most.

We are opening a new clinic in Alexandria, VA, and searching for a Psychiatrist to join our growing team!

About the Psychiatrist Role:

• Outpatient
• No required call
• Opportunity to work with Adult patients
• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management
• Reasonable Schedule: Minimum 1-hour initial evaluations, 20-minute follow-up/Med management appointments

About the Practice:

• In addition to the new clinic in Alexandria, we have locations throughout northern Virginia including Arlington, Fairfax, and Loudon counties (additional outpatient clinics in Maryland)
• Full-time and part-time roles available with flexible schedules
• Office-based outpatient and inpatient services including PHP and IOP
• Work with a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians who are providing psychotherapy services

About You:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Licensed to practice in Virginia (or willing to obtain a license)
• Willingness to supervise Advance Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs) is a plus
• Interest in Interventional Psychiatric Treatments including TMS (Neurostar TMS equipment), ECT, and Ketamine, and Esketamine treatment is welcome (experience is not necessary we will train you)

Salary/Benefits:

• Potential to earn $300,000 +
• Compensation includes a base salary, productivity incentives, and a supervisory stipend (if supervising APRNs)
